This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit https://hireavac.com, request a quote, book a free onsite trial, message us on WhatsApp, or otherwise interact with our HEPA industrial vacuum rental services in Houston and Greater Houston, Texas.

• Transaction and rental information: equipment selected, rental dates, delivery and pickup addresses, signed rental agreements, damage waivers, insurance certificates, and payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor).
• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and approximate location, collected through cookies, server logs and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (where consent is given).
• Communication records: call recordings (where disclosed), email threads, WhatsApp message history and SMS conversations relating to your inquiry or rental.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to quote requests and schedule free onsite trials, deliveries and pickups.
• To fulfill rental agreements, invoice for service, and provide operator training and technical support.
• To send service updates, safety bulletins, OSHA / EPA compliance notes and occasional marketing emails (you can opt out at any time).
• To improve our website, equipment matching tools and customer experience.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use and protect against fraud or misuse.

We retain quote and rental records for up to seven (7) years for tax, warranty and liability purposes. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. WhatsApp and SMS conversations are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Our services are intended for businesses and contractors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers
