IICRC S520 and HEPA
The IICRC S520 standard calls for HEPA vacuum cleaning of all surfaces in the affected area as part of the verified-remediation workflow. The vacuum exhaust must be HEPA-filtered so it doesn't re-aerosolize captured spores.
Containment-friendly operation
Our units exhaust through a sealed H13, so they can operate inside a Level 3 containment without disturbing the negative pressure differential. Cord and hose pass-throughs are gasket-friendly.
Post-remediation verification
A clean HEPA pass is what gives the third-party Indoor Environmental Professional a chance to pass the post-remediation verification on the first attempt. Skip the HEPA pass and you'll be re-mobilizing.
