HEPA Vacuum Rental for Hospital & Healthcare Renovation
ICRA Class III–V compatible HEPA capture for occupied healthcare construction. Texas Medical Center–experienced.
Healthcare general contractors renovating occupied facilities — from the Texas Medical Center to community hospitals across Greater Houston — rent HireAVac for ICRA-compatible dust control. Hospital infection-control coordinators recognize the equipment.
ICRA matrix and HEPA requirements
ICRA 2.0 Class III and IV activities require HEPA-filtered dust collection at the source plus negative-air machines for the work zone. Our HEPA vacuums satisfy the source-capture requirement and integrate cleanly with most negative-air manufacturers' filter sequence.
Anteroom and pass-through workflow
The vacuum sits inside the work zone, on a tacky-mat path, and HEPA filters its own exhaust so it never recirculates regulated air. We supply written procedures for anteroom entry, hose pass-through, and end-of-shift decon.
Documented filter certificates for infection-control review
Every rental includes the filter cert and HEPA test data. Hospital infection-control teams keep these in the project file alongside your daily ICRA log.
Frequently asked questions

- Can the vacuum stay in the contained area for the full project?
- That's the recommended workflow. We arrange weekly filter checks during long projects.
