HEPA Vacuum Rental for Asbestos & Lead Abatement in Texas
Texas-licensed asbestos and EPA RRP-certified contractors only — H13/H14 HEPA units with documented filter certificates.
Reserved for Texas-licensed asbestos abatement contractors (TDSHS) and EPA RRP-certified lead renovators. HireAVac supplies the HEPA-filtered vacuum and documentation; licensing, containment, PPE, air monitoring and regulated-waste disposal remain the contractor's responsibility.
Filter class and chain-of-custody
Every abatement rental ships with an H13 cartridge tested at 99.95% @ MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) or H14 at 99.995%, plus the manufacturer's individual filter certificate. Filters are factory-sealed and installed in our shop — your crew breaks the seal on site, which preserves the documentation trail for TDSHS or EPA inspectors.
Negative-air-area compatible
Our HEPA vacuums are sized to operate inside a negative-air containment without disturbing the pressure differential. Cord and hose pass-throughs are gasket-friendly and the exhaust is HEPA-filtered so the unit can stay inside the regulated area for the full project.
Dedicated equipment per project
We do not rotate abatement-zone vacuums into general construction service. A unit released to an asbestos project is decontaminated, re-filtered with a sealed H13 cartridge, and inspected before any other rental. Your competent person can request the inspection log.
EPA RRP lead-safe renovation
RRP-certified renovators working on pre-1978 housing use HireAVac to satisfy the §745.85 cleaning verification requirement. We supply the HEPA vacuum, the RRP-compatible operator briefing, and the wipe-sample-friendly attachment kit.
Frequently asked questions
