Typical project scenario
Interior Office Demolition
Demolition · Sugar Land, TX
A 4-floor downtown Houston office strip-out had to maintain quiet, dust-free conditions for two occupied floors above. HireAVac's Dirt Eater Big Boss with bag-dumper attachment let a single operator clear debris through the shift without shutting down for offloads.
Challenge
Tenant on floors 12–13 was a downtown law firm with explicit lease language about disruption. The trash chute window was 90 minutes per shift. The contractor needed to clear drywall and ceiling-tile debris fast, quietly, and without sending visible dust into the elevator lobby — twice a day.
Solution
HireAVac paired the Big Boss with a continuous bag-dumper rig so the operator could swap fines without breaking suction or shutting down the unit. We adjusted the staging in the freight elevator vestibule so bags went directly to the chute window during the daily slot — no double-handling.

- Zero
- Bag changes per shift
- Operator-only, no downtime
